The policies described herein represent all current policy and procedure with respect to playing of games, posting of cash, use of credit line, and withdrawal of funds.

FIRST TIME CUSTOMER 100% MATCH

1. This offer is available only at the time you first post up money with GoldenArchCasino.com. It is a one-time offer and any money you post up after the first time is not eligible for the 100% match.

2. To qualify for this initial offer you must post up any amount between the minimum of $25 USD and the maximum of $100 USD. Different initial deposit limits may be available when using the GoldenArchCasino.com cashier page.

3. By accepting this offer (i.e. posting up cash and obtaining the 100% post up bonus) you are agreeing to all the terms and conditions herein.

DESCRIPTION OF ACCOUNTS

Cash Account. This is money you have deposited to your account and money you have won when playing. In addition, any bonus money you receive from the initial post up, any subsequent post ups, or any promotional bonus money is also in your cash account.

Credit Currently Available. This is your line of credit. It is established when you first post up cash and as you play using this account, the number shown on the cashier page represents the remaining balance on your credit line. The amount you owe at any time is automatically calculated and is also shown on the cashier page. The credit available and the amount you owe will always total your credit limit. For example, if your credit line has not been used, your credit available is $300 and the amount you owe is $0. If you have $225 credit available, you owe $75. If you have $85 credit available, you owe $215. If you have $0 credit available, you owe $300. See item 13 below for a description of payment policy on the GoldenArchCasino credit card.

WITHDRAWALS

4. The minimum amount of winnings that may be withdrawn is $200 USD. Funds deposited by a player cannot be combined with winnings of less than $200 in an effort to circumvent the $200 minimum amount. Funds deposited by a player may be withdrawn at any time after Golden Arch Casino.com has been able to verify that the funds are good.

5. The maximum amount of winnings that may be withdrawn in any 30 day period is $2900 USD.

6. Money in the cash account that is from either the 100% initial post up bonus or the 25% bonus for any subsequent post ups or from any promotional or other bonus can be withdrawn once that amount of bonus has been played 20 times for slot play and 80 times for table games.

7. The bonus play requirement in item 6 above cannot be met by concurrently betting both sides of the game in Baccarat, Craps or Roulette, or by making any bet in any game that is designed to churn funds.

8. Notwithstanding item 6 above, you are subject to a requirement to play your line of credit a minimum of 30 times.

9. In addition to the First Time 100% bonus described in item 1 above and the 25% bonus described in item 15 below, GoldenArchCasino.com may, from time to time, run a special bonus promotion. Such special bonus promotion may be free bonus money or it may involve a deposit by the player of some of their funds, and as a result of that deposit an additional bonus (above and beyond the regular bonuses in items 1 and 15) is given to the player. The maximum amount of a player’s winnings (that are obtained while playing with any such additional bonus from a special promotion) that can be withdrawn in any thirty-day period is $500. If a player’s winnings from a special bonus exceed $500, additional amounts over and above $500 will be paid in $500 increments each 30 days after the first payment – as long as at such subsequent 30-day intervals, winnings remain in the player’s cash account.

10. If a player has not deposited any of their own money into an account so that their winnings have come exclusively from bonus or “free” money provided by Golden Arch Casino.com, regardless of the amount of winnings, the maximum amount that can be withdrawn is $500.

11. A request for withdrawal that meets all criteria herein will be honored within 10 to 14 days from the date of such request. Withdrawals must be processed through one of the methods available on the cashier page. Click on the Withdrawal button at the cashier page to select a payment method and all money withdrawn will be deposited into the method you select and from there it will go to you.

12. If you make multiple withdrawal requests, we will consider ONLY the most recent request. The 10 to 14 day period will, however, continue to be counted from the initial request. Note that in order for us to fulfill a withdrawal request you must have sufficient withdrawable funds in your cash account at the time we fulfill the request. If sufficient withdrawable funds are available at the time you make the request but you have continued to play between the time of the request and the time we are able to fulfill the request, and such play causes the withdrawable balance in your cash account to go below the amount of your request at the time we attempt to fulfill that request, we will NOT be able to fulfill your withdrawal request.

ORDER OF PLAY - USE OF FUNDS

13. Any play of any game by you will result in the funds being used in the following order:

• First you will play with any winnings and with cash you deposited.
• Second you will play with any bonus money in the cash account.
• Third you will play with any money in your Credit Currently Available account.

If one or more of the three categories has a zero balance, that category will be skipped and you will play with the next category in order.

LINE OF CREDIT

15. The Credit Currently Available account is a line of credit. It is not money you can withdraw; it represents credit you have available to use. It is NOT free money. If you play using that account, you will receive a bill for any amount you use.

You may pay your credit line bill by mailing payment to the address on the bill. Or, you may pay via telephone or through the cashier page at any time. When you pay via any of these three methods you will receive a 25% bonus that will go into your cash account as described above.

PLAYER ELIGIBILITY

Player Representations & Warranties

4. The player fully understands the rules of the games and the procedures involved use of this Internet software application.

5. The player will use this Internet software application only for his/her own private personal use, and not for the use of others.

6. The player is obligated to keep his/her private user name and password secret and confidential. Any use of the software application through the player’s user name is the sole responsibility of the player. The player will not allow any third party or person, including and without limitation any minor, to use his/her account to participate in the games in any way.

7. The player accepts all outcomes of game results as received in the client application from GoldenArchCasino.com’s game server. The player fully accepts and agrees that GoldenArchCasino.com’s random number generator software will determine the outcome of the games.

8. The player is fully aware of the fact that there is risk of losing money through the use of this software.

9. The source of funds used by the player to wager in this software application is legal.

11. In the event of any dispute regarding a wager or winnings, the decision of GoldenArchCasino.com shall be final and binding.

12. The player is fully responsible for any taxes and fees applicable to winnings resulting from use of the software. If winnings are taxable in the player’s jurisdiction, the player is required to keep track of and report such winnings to the appropriate authorities.

13. 14. All player details contained in the registration information submitted to GoldenArchCasino.com are true and correct.

15. The player is allowed only one account. Winnings will only be paid to players having one account. If a player has more than one account, all winnings from all accounts will be void and all accounts will be closed.

16. The player is fully aware that if a credit card (such as Mastercard or Visa) is used to deposit funds, that charge will immediately be posted to player’s credit card account and they will appear on their credit card bill.

17. If any of a player’s real money deposits to GoldenArchCasino.com or an entity authorized by GoldenArchCasino.com to accept such deposits are dishonored or reversed due to insufficient funds, ineligible account, chargeback, or any other reason, irrespective of the payment method, the casino has the absolute right to cancel any bonuses, credits, wins, or withdrawals.
